We arrived a little earlier than check in and managed to turn into service entrance. We rang reception for assistance, he came outside to assist with directions to car park 🙂 first impression was excellent service. Room was ready early so dropped off our bags straight away. Room was spacious, nice shower room and immaculately clean. Tea abd ciffee facilities were in the room. Breakfast next day was lovely, plenty of hot and cold selection, tea and coffee and to my daughter's delight a pancake maker! All in all it was a perfect stay, from the friendly helpful staff to hotel facilities and location. We will definitely be back. Thank you all so much for an enjoyable stay.

I've stayed in a few hotels in the area when I needed to travel for work and this hotel has been my favourite based on location price and overall experience and service. The location is closed to both the bus and train station and right in the heart of the centre. Employees I spoke with were all friendly and very informative about the breakfast times and places of interest. The room I had was larger than I expected and very clean. Nice large TV with added bonus ona sofa area to relax and unwind. Room was quite and well sound proofed the shower was powerful and nice and clean. Lovely hotel that I would definitely use again and recommend to others to use.

Breakfast - The value was great especially for the amount we paid. The quality of the breakfast was much higher than we had expected so we were real pleased. Even with the lobby, there were plenty of complimentary fruit and drinks which we really appreciated. We really liked the amenities and the comfort of the room where we stayed with ambient lighting and had enough spce to move around. The view outside the hotel is really nice that helped us relax sooner than we expected.

We stayed at this hotel to go and watch a football match. The room was quite spacious, nice and clean, bed was comfortable, walk in shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided, also a hair dryer, and a kettle with tea and coffee. Breakfast was lovely and had a lot to choose from, you can also get food on a night from the restaurant and bar. There are plenty of eating places and bars around the hotel. The hotel has parking in the roof which cost just £6 fir the night.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The shower was good. The breakfast was amazing, the choice was great, something for everyone, even did a grab and go brekkie, which is always handy. Hotel in a great position, close to shops, eateries etc. The hotel also has direct access the the upstairs parking at the shopping centre, again, handy.
